Requires 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience with proficiency in CSI divisions and estimating software. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing commercial construction team. This individual will lead the estimating process for a variety of commercial projects and play a critical role in delivering accurate, competitive, and profitable bids.
The ideal candidate must have strong commercial construction experience and a deep understanding of cost analysis, CSI divisions, and multiple delivery methods including hard bid and GMP contracts.
