This includes handling both telephonic and email enquiries while ensuring service delivery is aligned with Marriott International Policies and Procedures and the service standards of The Westin Cape Town.
The role operates in a high-pressure environment with a strong focus on accuracy, revenue integrity, and time-sensitive delivery.
