Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least six years of professional experience in retail real estate underwriting. Proficiency in Argus, Excel, and PowerBI is required, along with the ability to interpret complex legal documents.

We are seeking a Manager of Financial Services to join either our Westport, Connecticut or Bethesda, Maryland regional offices, or our corporate office located in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a hybrid opportunity with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely after the training period. The Manager of Financial Services will manage the inherent risks in the underwriting, financial analysis, and due diligence functions associated with the acquisition, development, and/or re-development of shopping centers to ensure that Regency is making well-informed investment decisions based on all relevant facts and circumstances.
