The Sales Task Force Specialist provides temporary, remote sales support to various Marriott properties to maintain continuity during staffing gaps or business needs. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in Marriott sales management and proficiency with Marriott sales systems. A high school diploma with 4 years of relevant experience or a 2-year degree with 2 years of experience is required.

JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Task Force Specialist provides remote and temporary sales support to MSB, Premium, and Luxury hotels across the United States, including both managed-by-Marriott and franchise properties. This role helps maintain sales continuity during staffing gaps caused by turnover, leaves of absence, new hotel openings, renovations, repositioning, or other priority business needs identified by regional leadership. In partnership with property and sales organization leaders, the Specialist supports sales activities, advances sales opportunities, and helps strengthen customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout the customer experience.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required:
High school diploma or GED; 4 years’ experience in sales and marketing, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years’ experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
2+ years’ experience in Marriott sales management in property sales or multi-hotel sales
