Conduct announced and unannounced operational audits across aviation stations to ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, and company standards. Identify operational risks and partner with leadership to implement corrective action plans for improved safety and service quality.
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years of aviation operations leadership experience. Must be able to travel up to 90% of the time and possess a deep understanding of TSA, FAA, and OSHA regulations.

The Quality Assurance & Field Auditor serves as an independent operational auditor responsible for evaluating station performance across all TFG Aviation companies and service lines. This role protects operational excellence by conducting announced and unannounced audits that assess compliance with customer expectations, contractual requirements, company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
The Quality Assurance & Field Auditor provides objective evaluations of operational execution, identifies operational risks before they impact customers, and partners with station leadership to develop corrective action plans that improve performance, safety, security, and service quality.
This position requires extensive travel and serves as the eyes and ears of the Service Delivery organization across the United States.
