JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Sales Representative, On-Premise is responsible for driving distribution, volume growth, and brand visibility within bars, restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues across the assigned market. This role focuses on developing new on-premise accounts, strengthening existing customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnership.
The Sales Representative enhances brand presence by engaging directly with on-premise decision-makers, including owners, general managers, beverage directors, and bartenders, to influence menu placements and purchasing decisions. This position executes brand standards through effective menu listings, promotions, staff education, and point-of-sale activation to support overall sales objectives.
