About the role

As a Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for the performance and operational running of multiple stores across a region. As a senior leader within Coles Group, you’ll enable your team of Store Managers to focus on delivering a store experience where customers are inspired every time they shop. You’ll be responsible for developing your team to maximise business growth and implement the retail strategy within your region. You’ll drive a consistent approach across stores and innovate to bring change to the business.

About you and your skills

• Proven operational leadership experience across multiple sites varying in size, format and performance
• A deep understanding of store operations and retail
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large teams (1000+)
• Strong financial acumen and drive to meet and exceed commercial targets
• To be customer obsessed and continually seek to better understand our diverse customers
