The position plays a critical role in driving brand visibility and delivering commercially focused marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to:

• Develop and execute annual brand and marketing plans aligned to commercial objectives
• Translate global brand strategies into locally relevant activities
• Own day-to-day brand management, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity
• Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, trade, education, and events
• Create, adapt, and manage marketing content and assets across multiple platforms
• Own social media planning, content development, and publishing calendars
• Create and manage organic social content including posts, stories, reels, and short-form video
• Develop practical marketing tools to support sales enablement and clinic growth
• Support education programs, workshops, congresses, and professional events

You will have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong execution focus with a hands-on, proactive mindset
• Ability to translate scientific and clinical information into compelling brand stories
• Stakeholder influence and cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing and/or business
• 2–3+ years’ experience in Brand Management or Product Marketing
• Experience within skincare or medical aesthetics, preferred
• Experience managing dual-channel portfolios (professional + consumer)
