In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team supporting the delivery of regulatory programs and initiatives that enable compliance, safety, and operational effectiveness. You will provide high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business unit.
You’ll manage and support WHS systems and regulatory assurance administration, while contributing to effective reporting, governance, and communication.
You’ll drive coordination and efficiency across program operations and information management in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

About you
You have experience working in an administrative environment, supporting day-to-day operations.
You have strong attention to detail and experience preparing clear, well-formatted reports.
You’re a proactive and independent worker who takes initiative and manages your work effectively.
You’re organised and able to multitask, balancing competing priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
You have working knowledge of Microsoft tools, including Word, Excel, Power Point SharePoint, Power Apps, and Microsoft Lists, with Power BI experience a bonus.
