In this role, you'll:
Join the Regulatory Transformation & Insights team within Transport for NSW and play a key role in delivering the RegStar program transforming how regulatory services are designed and delivered across NSW. In this leadership role you’ll work across Transport and partner agencies including Service NSW and DCS, with significant impact on organisational capability and customer outcomes.
Lead the end-to-end change management strategy for the RegStar program, embedding scalable change frameworks, governance and tools to enable consistent, high-quality delivery across multiple workstreams, while ensuring business readiness, stakeholder alignment and sustainable adoption outcomes.
Drive business readiness and transition activities, ensuring successful implementation of new processes, systems and ways of working across Transport and partner agencies.
Provide strategic advice to program and executive leadership on change impacts, risks, readiness and adoption to inform decision-making, while leading stakeholder engagement, risk management and performance reporting, and building a high-performing, multidisciplinary change team.
Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary change team (including change managers, communications and stakeholder engagement specialists) to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Fixed term, fulltime role to 30 June 2027. Your home base will be Macquarie Park, with hybrid working arrangements.

About you
You’re a strategic and delivery-focused change leader who can translate complexity into clear, actionable outcomes and bring diverse stakeholders along the journey. You bring:
• Extensive experience leading change in large-scale, complex transformation programs, with a proven ability to design and deliver integrated change strategies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability, with experience advising senior executives on change impacts, risks, readiness and adoption.
• Demonstrated success embedding change frameworks, governance and business readiness approaches in complex delivery environments.
• Leadership capability to build, coach and develop high-performing, multidisciplinary teams that deliver quality outcomes.
• Resilience and adaptability, with the ability to operate in ambiguity, manage competing priorities and drive outcomes in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in government, regulatory or large enterprise environments (highly regarded).
• Formal change management certification (e.g. Prosci, CMI or equivalent) (Highly regarded).
