Our talented team of over 650 people work in 14 locations across the country, creating and delivering some of the most memorable advertising campaigns in the UK.
We are seeking a proactive Operations Manager to lead the team at our Birmingham Depot. Our teams cover the posting, cleaning, and maintenance of advertising units across their respective areas. To take on this exciting opportunity we offer a highly competitive salary of up to £58,200 per annum, flexible working hours around the commitments of the role and a whole host of company benefits

What you’ll be doing
As the Operations Manager you’ll have overall responsibility for the day to day running of the depot and will be required to ensure performance and compliance requirements are delivered. This includes leading the teams and coordinating all operational activities across the region. Your role is to set and maintain the company’s standards, to be forward thinking and look at opportunities for improvement both within our branches and across the wider Delivery Department.
