The supervisor will lead the air freight import team, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing professional guidance to staff. They will also manage relationships with international partners, handle escalations, and support the optimization of carrier rates and business growth.
Candidates must have a completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, along with operational experience in air and sea freight. Proficiency in German and English, along with experience in team leadership and knowledge of logistics software like Cargosoft, is required.
