• Deliver financial targets including NSV, Gross Margin, Operating Profit, Market Share and Cash Flow.
• Develop and execute the Thailand commercial strategy aligned with Bacardi's regional priorities.
• Accelerate premiumization across the On-Trade and Off-Trade channels.
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with key customers, distributors and route-to-market partners.
• Lead commercial execution excellence through world-class sales fundamentals and customer marketing.
• Drive pricing, revenue growth management and portfolio optimisation.
• Develop and coach a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Regional and Global teams to deliver business priorities.
• Ensure strong governance, compliance and responsible business practices.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

• 12–15+ years of commercial leadership experience within FMCG, consumer goods or beverage alcohol.
• Demonstrated success leading P&Ls and delivering sustainable commercial growth.
• Strong experience across Sales, Customer Marketing and Route-to-Market.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams within a matrix organisation.
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with distributors and key national accounts.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
• Fluent English required; Thai language capability is advantageous.
