The Group FP&A Manager will act as a business partner to the Executive Committee, overseeing global P&L analysis and financial performance monitoring. They are responsible for coordinating budget and forecasting processes while driving continuous improvement in financial reporting tools and methodologies.
Candidates must have 5 to 10 years of experience in Management Control, preferably within a business unit or mass consumption industry. Proficiency in HFM, JDE, and advanced Excel skills is required, along with strong analytical and interpersonal capabilities.

Under the responsibility of the FP&A Director, you will work in close collaboration with the various Finance teams (Manufacturing, Country, Treasury, etc.) in order to participate in the monitoring and analysis of the Group's consolidated activity, and to control and challenge the elements contributing to the financial performance. You will participate in the production of reports and analyses for the Executive Committee and other governance bodies of the Group with the aim of strategic arbitration.
As such, your main missions are as follows:
Be a business partner for the Executive Committee and the Group Finance team:
Lead and coordinate the Forecast/Budget/Business Plan processes:
Conduct and recommend actions for continuous improvement:
