The Facilities Supervisor will manage the Facilities Staff and oversee day-to-day operations at multiple retail locations and the Phoenix Authentication Center. Responsibilities include vendor management, project oversight, and ensuring preventive maintenance of equipment.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in facilities management and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. A proactive mindset and the ability to make quick decisions are essential for this role.
Supervises Facilities staff at the Phoenix Authentication Center
Provides day to day management of all onsite and outside vendors
Manages small facilities projects
Lead and provide support to the cleaning crew
Supports Associate Director with Capital Project Management
Tracking and reporting repairs and additional services
Establish and coordinate all preventive maintenance on all of the equipment
Coordinate moves, add and changes projects
Setup new employees work areas
Schedule furniture delivery and installation
Perform daily, weekly and monthly facility inspections to identify necessary repairs or servicing
Creates purchase orders for Facilities vendors and services
