The technician will provide troubleshooting and repair services for residential heating and cooling equipment while serving as the primary brand advocate for customers. Key duties include performing efficiency tests, managing daily paperwork, and identifying revenue-generating opportunities during service calls.
Candidates must have prior experience servicing residential AC and heating equipment and possess a valid driver's license. The role requires a commitment to professional growth, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach to customer service.
As a Home Service Technician Trainee, you will make service calls to customer homes and provide them with expert troubleshooting and repair service to a variety of equipment, particularly their heating systems. As you will be the main point of contact between the company and our customers, you will also maintain a professional and friendly image and serve as an advocate for the company and our brand.
