Who We Want
Arrive Logistics’ Product team is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a core member of the Product team supporting one of our product domains, you will partner closely with a Sr. Product Manager to manage day-to-day team execution, translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, and ensure smooth delivery of capabilities that enhance user experience. Write and maintain clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications based on the product manager’s strategy, solution design, and product requirements document.
Lead agile processes including team standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and status tracking to maintain momentum and visibility.
Support the Product Manager by conducting research, coordinating stakeholder interviews, and documenting business requirements.
Handle operational issues and support requests, serving as a primary point of contact for questions about product functionality and expected behavior.
Create and maintain product documentation including feature guides, FAQs, and release notes to support end-user adoption.
Help collect and synthesize feedback from users, support teams, and stakeholders to inform product improvements.
Assist with incident response and post-mortems to identify process improvements and prevent recurring issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
0-3 years of experience in product operations, business analysis, logistics operations, or a similar role
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and product.
