The Domestic Agent II serves as the primary contact for customers, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of domestic freight shipments including quoting, tracking, and routing. They are responsible for problem resolution, vendor compliance, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting for all assigned projects.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of freight forwarding experience, with 5-7 years preferred, and intermediate knowledge of IATA and TSA regulations. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and experience with SAP or AS400 is highly desirable.

The Domestic Agent II has high visibility, is the primary contact for designated customers, and responsible for the outcome of assigned projects including customer service, tracking, routing, problem resolution, vendor compliance and customer interaction.
The wage range for this position is $25.10-$35.50 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
Intermediate knowledge of IATA and TSA regulations.
In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
