The Dispatcher I oversees the pickup and delivery of local shipments and coordinates communication between drivers and delivery agents. Key duties include routing freight, performing dock checks, and entering shipment milestones into tracking systems.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree and experience in freight forwarding or customer service preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong geographic mapping skills are required.

AIT is seeking a Dispatcher I! We are flexible on start time, if needed along with extra hours to be earned on the weekends, if applicable.
The Dispatcher I is responsible for overseeing and documenting the pickup and delivery of local shipments, as well as coordinating and communicating shipment information between drivers and delivery agents.
In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position). Benefits offered include Medical, Prescription, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Accounts, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Disability, Supplemental Health, Employee Support, Paid Parental Leave, Pet Insurance, 401(k) and Tuition Reimbursement.
