Coordinate day-to-day ocean import and export shipments, including managing documentation, bookings, and operational milestones. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate quotations, tracking shipments, and resolving delays or damages.
Requires 4-6 years of freight forwarding experience and proficiency in CargoWise, with a CCO certification required. An associate degree and Dangerous Goods certification are preferred.

The Ocean Operations Agent III is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day ocean import and export of international freight forwarding shipments out of the USA of international transportation based upon customer requests.
In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
