The Domestic Agent II serves as the primary contact for designated customers, managing the routing, tracking, and quoting of domestic air and ground freight. They are responsible for ensuring vendor compliance, resolving shipment issues, and compiling KPI reports to maintain customer satisfaction.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of freight forwarding experience (5-7 preferred) and an associate degree or equivalent. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of IATA and TSA regulations are required for this high-volume environment.

The Domestic Agent II has high visibility, is the primary contact for designated customers, and responsible for the outcome of assigned projects including customer service, tracking, routing, problem resolution, vendor compliance and customer interaction.
The wage range for this position is $22.90-$32.30 and may vary based on geography as well as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
Intermediate knowledge of IATA and TSA regulations.
In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
