The Dispatcher II oversees the pickup and delivery of local shipments and coordinates communication between drivers and delivery agents. Key duties include routing freight, performing dock checks, and entering shipment milestones into tracking systems.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably 3-5 years of experience in the freight forwarding or customer service industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with AS400 are highly desired.

AIT is seeking a Dispatcher II! We are flexible on start time, if needed along with extra hours to be earned on the weekends, if applicable.
The Dispatcher II is responsible for overseeing and documenting the pickup and delivery of local shipments, as well as coordinating and communicating shipment information between drivers and delivery agents.
In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of business and/or individual performance metrics (dependent on position).
