Requires a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred) and 3-5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor in a high-volume environment. Must be proficient in WMS and Microsoft Office with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Your Role in Our Mission
The Warehouse Supervisor is a hands-on operational leader responsible for overseeing daily warehouse functions at the Western Slope Distribution Center, including receiving, inventory, distribution, volunteer operations, dehydrator operations, facilities maintenance, and safety. This role makes day-to-day operational decisions, prioritizes workflow, assigns resources, resolves routine issues, and escalates matters with significant cost, safety, compliance, staffing, or strategic impact to the Operations Manager. The Warehouse Supervisor leads and develops team members, supports volunteers and cross-functional partners, reinforces food safety and regulatory standards, and helps ensure accurate, efficient, safe, and customer-focused operations in support of Food Bank of the Rockies’ mission.
This position is accountable for strengthening operational consistency, improving processes and SOPs, supporting KPI achievement, and building team capacity across assigned warehouse and facility functions.

Expected Hours of Work:
This non-exempt role is considered full-time working approximately 40 hours per week in person working Monday – Friday work schedule from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Work schedules vary each week and consist of weekdays, evenings and occasional Saturdays.
