Responsible for storing, staging, and packing food products within freezer and cooler units to fulfill partner agency orders. The role involves maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring product quality, and training volunteers on distribution procedures.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for prior warehouse experience and forklift certification. Candidates must be able to work in extreme temperatures and lift up to 50 pounds.

The Distribution Specialist – Freezer/Cooler is responsible for storing, staging and packing food products primarily in the freezer and cooler units. This role works closely with our distribution team and volunteers to pull and distribute product orders for our partner agencies. May train and direct volunteer workers to accomplish work.

Expected Hours of Work:
This is a non-exempt, full-time position working approximately 40 hours per week. Work schedule is Monday – Friday 7:30AM to 4PM and may occasionally consist of evenings and Saturdays based on organizational needs.
