The Conflicts Analyst is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving conflict requests to ensure firm engagements and hires are ethically clear. This includes performing corporate research, drafting conflict waivers, and communicating with partners to propose solutions for potential conflicts.
Candidates need at least 2 years of direct experience in a legal conflicts environment and proficiency in tools like IntApp Open and iManage. Knowledge of ABA and California State Bar Rules of Professional Conduct is required, while a Bachelor's degree or JD is preferred.

The expected hourly pay range for this position with a work schedule of 40 hours per week is $39.50 - $53.00 ($82,160.00 - $110,240.00 annually). Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience and skillset of the candidate.
