The Tax Manager oversees all tax compliance, reporting, and planning for the investment management company and its funds. This includes managing federal, state, and international filings while advising management on the tax implications of new investments.
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in accounting or tax and 6-10+ years of experience in corporate tax compliance, preferably within the investment management industry. A CPA certification and bilingual proficiency in English and Korean are preferred.
