The Senior Attorney will draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of EPC and business contracts while advising management on project risks and legal strategies. They will also oversee outside counsel, manage litigation matters, and provide legal guidance on corporate and employment issues.
Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited American law school and be admitted to a state bar. A minimum of 6 years of active experience in construction law, specifically within energy or complex infrastructure projects, is required.

The Senior Attorney will report to the General Counsel and will work closely with both the General Counsel and the Chief Legal Officer on legal work related to the Company’s roles as an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (“EPC”) contractor for the utility scale solar engineering, procurement, and construction industry. He or she will also be responsible for legal work for the Company and its affiliates, including affiliates in the photovoltaic, BESS, and high voltage infrastructure EPC market. Legal work performed will include writing, reviewing, summarizing, researching, and negotiating a wide variety of agreements. He or she will also be responsible for legal duties connected with the business and will work closely with the Pre-Construction Teams. Matters to be handled will include the following: drafting, reviewing and negotiating EPC agreements, preconstruction services agreements, master services agreements, subcontractor agreements, professional services agreements, purchase orders, confidentiality agreements, engineering agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, and other general business contracts, and other construction related documents.
