Entity Solutions (ES) is part of the Issuer Services of Computershare mainly to render a full range of company secretarial services to the issuer clients in Hong Kong or non-issuer clients globally (the Client). ES provides frontline services to issuer clients and at the same time takes charge in day-to-day operation management. ES does not need to maintain a sales target but has a crucial role in sales support for relationship managers.
An exciting new opportunity has recently opened under our Entity Solutions team. We are currently looking to hire Admin Support to join our ES team to handle administrative tasks and some basic day-to-day client account management assigned by the Senior people of ES. In the event of peak season, cross team support is required so candidates are required to be flexible and multi-tasking.
A role you will love
Admin Support role is responsible for all administrative tasks and day-to-day client account management where small / regular clients are assigned thereunder. The main job duties are to assist the Senior people to manage such as billing management, account receivable management, mailing management, filing and records management, meeting and schedule coordination, office management and any general administrative tasks etc.
Some other key accountabilities will include:
• Project participation. Execute client projects to ensure matters are handled timely and accurately. • Administration and Management Reporting. Ensure records are kept up to date, accurate and timely submission of reports and requests for information • Response to clients' or team’s enquiries on a timely basis • Ad hoc tasks as required
What will you bring to the role?
To be successful in this role, you must have good understanding of HK company secretarial industry, and how the role contributes to the team / function and business unit objectives. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Some other key skills required for the role:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Law, Corporate Governance or business-related discipline • Work experience in HK company secretarial industry. Excellent Fresh graduate with rich intern experience is also welcome • Experience in client-facing and handling admin tasks and serve for a group of people • Makes sound judgments based on available information and organizational policies and proposes a solution to the Senior members of the team • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese • Strong MS Words, Excel, PowerPoints skills • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
