About the Job

Reporting to Associate Director, Employee Engagement & Communications, the role is to support and drive the company's cultural transformation. This role involves improving employee engagement, promoting a positive corporate culture, managing communications initiatives, and assisting in employer branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Engagement Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Support in designing frameworks and processes to drive cultural transformation and improve employee engagement to achieve overall People & Culture strategies.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated employee engagement campaigns aligned with People & Culture strategies and cultural transformation goals.
  • Design and implement structured engagement frameworks, including annual engagement calendars, communication roadmaps, and measurement mechanisms.
  • Own end-to-end campaign management for key initiatives (e.g. engagement programmes, wellness campaigns, leaders connect sessions), including concept development, stakeholder alignment, budgeting, vendor management, execution, and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Track and analyse engagement metrics (participation rate, feedback score, engagement score, ROI indicators) to continuously improve effectiveness.

 

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Develop and execute an editorial strategy to strengthen employer branding across digital and offline channels.
  • Lead LinkedIn content planning and storytelling initiatives, including executive thought leadership, employee stories, culture highlights, and corporate announcements.
  • Source, interview, and craft compelling stories from employees across all levels and geographies.
  • Produce and oversee multi-format content creation including articles, newsletters, intranet features, videos, presentations, event scripts, and visual assets.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across platforms.
  • Monitor content performance and optimise based on analytics and engagement insights.

 

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and business leaders to align employee communications with business priorities.
  • Provide communication advisory support to team lead to enhance visibility and leadership engagement.
  • Support change communication initiatives during culture transformation projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, PR, or related disciplines, with 8+ years of experience in internal or external communications roles, preferably gained from MNCs or large corporations. Candidates with an agency background are welcome.
  • Good understanding of the latest communications and AI tools, as well as digital content trends, with the creativity and agility to pilot new ideas.
  • Proficient content creator with experience in producing a range of communication assets, from print, digital, visual, to video assets.
  • Skilled in process management and problem-solving to multiple projects timely with high quality.
  • Strategic individual with business acumen, critical thinking skills and ability to be a good team player.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both external & internal parties including staff of all levels, external organisations, suppliers and service providers.
  • Adaptive, flexible, and accountable, with the ability to handle projects independently.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • Able to travel for business if required.
