About the Job
The Group Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing visual merchandising strategies across multiple store concepts, markets, or regions within the organization. This role ensures consistent brand presentation, strong commercial impact, and high‑quality in‑store execution while adapting visual strategies to local market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee group-wide visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
Establish VM guidelines for consistent execution across markets, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, store openings and special concepts.
Manage window displays, store layouts, product zoning and visual installations to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
Conduct store visits and audits to identify gaps and continuously improve VM standards.
Lead VM projects and provide training, tools and best-practice sharing to strengthen execution capabilities across markets.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Design or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
At least 3-5 years of relevant visual merchandising experience, preferably within jewellery, luxury, fashion or lifestyle retail.
Solid experience in VM guideline development, product launches, window displays, store openings and multi-store execution.
Strong project management, stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
