The Corporate Counsel will support EMEA sales teams by structuring and negotiating complex commercial transactions for hardware, software, and services. Additionally, the role involves managing contract lifecycle processes, supervising contracts managers, and providing legal guidance on regulatory and operational matters.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in negotiating complex commercial contracts and possess a J.D. with active bar membership. Proficiency in EMEA procurement laws and experience with contract lifecycle management systems are required, along with the ability to work in-office in Boston.

As Axon’s Corporate Counsel, you will serve as a key member of Axon’s contracts and corporate team supporting the sales teams around the world. You will partner with members of external teams such as Sales, Supply Chain, Software and Hardware Engineering, Product and IT to structure and negotiate complex transactions, as well as build processes to help build for a rapidly scaling business.
