Clyde & Co is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 5-7 years of experience to work with Trial and Defense practice. The ideal candidate will have superior writing skills and will be proactive, motivated, organized, and capable of working independently within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Taking depositions, attending hearings, and attending mediations as required;
Drafting pleadings and briefs;
Preparing correspondence to colleagues and clients;
Conducting legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis;
Drafting interrogatories and document requests;
Reviewing document productions; and
Submitting filings to the court.
Education and Experience
J.D. 2017 - 2020
Admission to practice in Massachusetts
Admission to additional New England bars is preferred; and
Excellent academic credentials.
Skills and Ability
Exceptional legal writing and communication skills;
Strong interpersonal skills;
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects; and
Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly.

Attorney compensation for this position ranges from $190,000 to $210,000 annually. Placement within the range will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, practice group, location, and other job-related considerations permitted by law.
