The Talent Consultant will manage multiple client projects involving the setup and configuration of enterprise cloud applications. They will focus on delivering people-first workforce management solutions specifically within the HCM and Payroll domains.

• Exposure to domains – HCM, Payroll (mandatory)
• Technical expertise in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, MS SQL, or Oracle PL/SQL or functional expertise in setup and configuration of above mentioned application based on client specifications
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneous or experience of working for large enterprise clients
• Exposure to North America and EMEA region would be helpful
• Strong communication skills
