As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of solutions to support evolving organizational needs.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
HRSD Architect - HR Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center , Lifecycle Events, HRIS/HCM Integrations like Workday, SAP

- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to evaluate and improve system scalability and performance in complex software environments.
- Skilled in leading technical teams and managing collaborative development efforts.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges across multiple projects.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Bangalore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
