The role requires a university degree and in-depth knowledge of HRIS/HRIT systems with proven experience in large-scale digital transformation. Candidates must possess strong project management skills and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments in a multinational setting.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering HR technology projects across the EMEA region while helping shape and execute the HRIS roadmap. Working closely with HR leaders, IT teams, and external partners, you will ensure our HR systems continue to support business needs and drive operational excellence.
This is a senior individual contributor role with a strong focus on project management, stakeholder engagement, and HR technology transformation. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading complex initiatives, working across functions, and driving change in a global environment.
