You will manage a mix of HR and financial administrative tasks, serving as the primary point of contact for approximately 60 colleagues. Responsibilities include processing payroll mutations, handling invoicing, supporting recruitment, and streamlining internal administrative processes.
The ideal candidate has extensive, demonstrable experience in HR and/or financial administration and works with high accuracy. Proficiency in Exact Online is considered a plus, along with strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Met ons team van stedenbouwkundig ontwerpers, (landschaps-)architecten en onderzoekers maken we inzichtelijk hoe die stad van morgen eruitziet en wat we vandaag al kunnen doen om die ambitie te realiseren. Bij Generation.Energy focussen we op het succesvol behalen van de energietransitie en alles wat daarbij komt kijken.
Er heerst een jonge en informele bedrijfscultuur en de sfeer is ongedwongen, maar tegelijkertijd is de kwaliteit van het werk heel belangrijk. Er is een hoog arbeidsethos, maar ook volop ruimte voor humor en plezier op de werkvloer.
Als ervaren administratief medewerker maak je deel uit van ons tien personen sterke Support Team, waarin je samen met drie ervaren collega's zorgt dat alles achter de schermen soepel verloopt op het gebied van HR en Finance. Jouw werkzaamheden liggen op het snijvlak van HR en Finance. Je bent voor zo'n 60 enthousiaste en slimme collega's het eerste aanspreekpunt voor uiteenlopende administratieve vragen.
HR-administratie, waaronder onder meer:
• Communicatie rondom recruitment;
• Doorvoeren van salarismutaties;
• Inplannen en voorbereiden van de jaarlijkse HR-gesprekken;
• Administratieve preboarding, onboarding en offboarding;
• Ondersteunen bij visumaanvragen;
• Administratieve ondersteuning bij onze interne academy.
Finance-administratie, waaronder onder meer:
• Verzorgen van inkoop- en verkoop facturatie;
• Voorbereiden en verwerken van betalingen;
• Bijhouden en controleren van de administratie in Exact Online;
• Beantwoorden van financiële vragen van collega's en externe partners;
• Archiveren van financiële documentatie.
En verder:
• Reageren op en verwerken van ad hoc vragen van onze 60 leuke collega's;
• Actief meedenken over het verbeteren en stroomlijnen van onze werkprocessen, zowel binnen HR als Finance.
Zou jij jezelf omschrijven als iemand die:
• Ruime, aantoonbare ervaring heeft met (HR- en/of financiële) administratie;
• Overzicht houdt, ook wanneer er meerdere ballen tegelijk in de lucht zijn;
• Nauwkeurig en zorgvuldig werkt, met oog voor detail;
• Zelfstandig is, maar ook uitstekend kan samenwerken in een klein team;
• Communicatief sterk is en gemakkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende collega's en onderwerpen;
• Ervaring heeft met Exact Online (pre);
• Een goede beheersing heeft van zowel Nederlands als Engels.
