The agent serves as the primary point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and general park inquiries. They are also responsible for processing transactions and maintaining the cleanliness and stock of the Village store.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a positive attitude and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs for restocking duties.
