The bartender is responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. They must also provide excellent customer service, handle transactions via POS terminals, and ensure responsible alcohol service in accordance with liquor laws.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess strong communication skills with a positive, outgoing personality. The role requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
