Ecolab is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in the Denver, CO market. In this field-based service role, you will deliver consistent, high-quality customer program execution through reliable service, installations, maintenance, and issue resolution. You will support customers across Institutional business segments, help ensure Ecolab Brand Standards are met, and partner with sales and service teams to deliver an enhanced customer experience and measurable customer outcomes.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Provide service-intensive support to customers across the market, including aligned and centralized customers
Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on warewashing, laundry, dispensing equipment, and related systems
Complete emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, and other planned and unplanned work orders reliably and efficiently
Evaluate account conditions during each visit and proactively take action to help ensure customers meet Ecolab Brand Standards
Manage equipment, parts, and inventory to maintain a fully stocked vehicle, maximize effectiveness, and support first-time fix performance
Complete accurate and timely documentation for all work performed
Communicate Ecolab’s total value to customers and strengthen customer relationships
Partner with sales, distribution, and service teams to improve responsiveness, reduce friction, and deliver a consistent customer experience
Position Details:
This is a field-based position and may require travel to the following locations and surrounding areas: Denver, CO
Work Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 10:00 am – 9:00 pm + OT as needed
