Responsible for preparing a variety of food products according to daily prep lists and recipe specifications. Ensures the catering and restaurant teams have necessary prepared foods while maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation.
No prior restaurant experience is required, though 1-2 years in casual dining is preferred. Candidates must have excellent communication skills and the physical ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Prep Cooks at the Whitewater Center are responsible for cooking and preparing a variety of food products according to the Daily Prep List. Prep Cooks make sure the catering and restaurant teams have all the prepared foods they need to execute their shifts. Prep Cook are on-site, and can either be hired as full-time hourly, benefits eligible employees or part-time hourly employees reporting directly to the Executive Chef.

The Food and Beverage Department delivers exceptional, chef-driven culinary service to Whitewater guests. Whitewater is home to diverse and ever-evolving food and beverage outlets, including full-service and fast-casual dining options. In addition, the Food and Beverage Department oversees catering for private events and Adventure Dining.
