The houseperson is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic standards of the hotel by cleaning public areas, guest hallways, and assisting housekeepers with room servicing. Candidates should have prior housekeeping or environmental services experience and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and the flexibility to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.

JOB SETTING AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employees in this position work primarily indoors. To perform the job successfully the candidate must be able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum weight of approximately 50 lbs, stand for long periods of time, kneel, bend and crawl, squat and crouch, and tolerate exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals.
