The Maintenance Technician is responsible for enhancing community integrity through apartment make-readies, service requests, and common area maintenance. The role also involves participating in preventative maintenance and safety programs while providing exceptional customer service to residents.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and preferably one year of experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade. Required qualifications include EPA, HVAC I & II, and CPO certifications, a valid driver's license, and a basic set of hand tools.

This role is essential in keeping our community operating smoothly and according to safety standards. Expect a great amount of interaction with customers, residents and guests, therefore maintaining a high level of customer service is imperative to the success of this position.

Work Environment:
Work is performed throughout residential apartment communities, including occupied
units, vacant apartments, exterior grounds, and maintenance areas. Position regularly involves exposure to varying temperatures, noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, power tools, and moving mechanical equipment.
Requires frequent physical activity including walking, standing, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and working in confined or elevated spaces. Regularly lifts, carries, pushes, or pulls tools, appliances, equipment, and supplies up to 50 pounds. Position involves exposure to varying weather conditions, maintenance equipment, chemicals, and other environmental conditions associated with property maintenance operations.
