Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of general maintenance experience in property management. Physical ability to lift 50lbs and the capacity to respond to campus emergencies within 30 minutes are required.

Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for all aspects of facility maintenance, renovation, and repair. The Property Maintenance Technician serves on a maintenance on-call rotation assisting with after-hours maintenance emergencies.
