The Senior Executive Assistant provides administrative and project support to the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology. Key duties include managing schedules, coordinating events, conducting data analysis, and handling high-priority projects for the Deputy National Coordinator.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and at least five years of relevant professional experience. The role requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
SUMMARY
The Senior Executive Assistant provides support to the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) in its Immediate Office, supporting the daily work and activities of the ONC Deputy National Coordinator (DNC). Performs a variety of administrative tasks to include performing analysis and evaluation of tasks and conducting other high priority and urgent projects as assigned by the DNC.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience working in a professional business environment. Experience using Concur is preferred (will train).
