Manage joint laboratories and collaborative research projects while acting as the primary liaison between external partners and internal R&D teams. Drive projects from identification to delivery and coordinate compliance, contracts, and government reporting.
Requires a Master's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience managing partnerships within Singapore's healthcare and academic ecosystem.
Responsibilities：
Manage local joint laboratories and collaborative research projects, engage with partners and government agencies, and proactively identify and establish connections with Singapore-based hospitals, universities, and government bodies.
Act as the primary liaison between external partners and the internal R&D team, ensuring effective communication and alignment of research goals.
Drive collaborative projects from opportunity identification through to successful delivery, ensuring milestones, timelines, and outcomes are met.
Coordinate compliance-related matters, including contract negotiation, intellectual property management, and government project applications and reporting.
Provide support and communication liaison for strategic key accounts (SKA-related duties), ensuring alignment between customer needs and R&D collaboration initiatives.
Requirements：
Education: Master's degree or above in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in managing partnerships with hospitals, academic institutions, or research organizations.
Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Singapore's healthcare and academic ecosystem, including key stakeholders and funding mechanisms.
Skills: Excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Languages: Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.
