The Associate Blood Collection Specialist performs whole-blood procedures on donors while ensuring safety, quality standards, and proper documentation. They are responsible for screening potential donors, monitoring for adverse reactions, and maintaining biohazard safety standards.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds are required, along with the ability to complete an 8-week training program.

Our Associate Blood Collection Specialist role may be the right opportunity for you. This incumbent will perform whole-blood procedures on blood donors and is committed to quality standards, blood supply safety, and the donor experience. This position includes 8 weeks of paid on-the-job training. The Associate Blood Collection Specialist position has career advancement opportunities to Blood Collection Specialist I, II, III, and IV levels.

Employees regularly scheduled for 24+ hours per week are covered by medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, with family coverage also available.
