The Senior Customer Care Specialist ensures efficient customer service operations and handles escalated issues, discrepancies, and priority shipments. They act as a liaison between customer care and other departments like Logistics, Supply Chain, and Sales.
Requires a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, including 1 year in a senior role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Post-secondary education in business and experience with ERP systems or the medical device industry are considered assets.
NATURE & SCOPE OF POSITION
The primary responsibility of Senior Customer Care Specialist is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all customer service requirements and related activities within the designated Region or Territory assigned. The Senior Customer Care Specialist will assist the Customer Care Supervisor in duties such as but not limited to: handling escalated customer issues and discrepancies, training, customer return requests, customer credit requests and priority shipment management.
