The Home Health Account Executive is responsible for building and maintaining referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, and case managers within an assigned territory. They will also prepare business plans, prioritize accounts, and gather customer information to meet sales goals.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a health-related field, along with at least two years of sales experience in the healthcare industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software are required, and the role involves travel within the assigned territory.
As a Home Health Account Executive, you will:
· Call on physicians, hospitals, SNF management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home health care services; building and maintaining referral source relationships.
· Prepare business plans and maintain target lists. Prioritize accounts following the market sales plan.
· Gather and organize account-related information and provide input on important customer opportunities.
· You will report to a Market Executive of Sales.
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a health related science (i.e nursing) or the equivalent plus a minimum of two years health care or related industry sales experience generally required.
· Previous home health care sales; experience selling to physicians, Case Managers and in SNFs; or previous experience as a clinical liaison highly preferred.
· Experience maintaining sales outreach and contacts in a CRM preferred
· Microsoft Office proficiency required.
· Travel within an assigned territory and to sales meetings as required.
· This role is considered patient facing and is part of Human’s Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
