The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct patient care, performs assessments, and administers medications while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. They also support clinical operations, manage patient flow, and conduct point-of-care testing across various clinic locations.
Candidates must hold a current, unrestricted LPN license in Indiana and possess 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience. A high school diploma and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are also required for this role.

Status: Full-Time
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our clinical care teams and contribute to high-quality healthcare delivery across our clinics.
Job Summary
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care and supports the daily clinical operations of JPCHC. The LPN collaborates closely with providers and interdisciplinary care teams to perform patient assessments, administer medications, coordinate lab work, maintain accurate documentation, and help ensure efficient patient flow.
This role plays an important part in advancing JPCHC’s mission to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while adhering to clinical standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
