The Education Mentor supervises and monitors clients within the public-school system to ensure their safety and punctuality. They also implement Individual Education Plans and behavior management strategies to promote social skills and personal development.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background screening and pre-employment physical are also required.
